Refund and Return Policy

All MALANTRA products are made on demand through Printful. This means each item is produced specifically for you at the time of your order.

No returns for change of mind We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind (wrong size selected, change of preference, etc.), as all products are custom-made.

Defects and manufacturing errors If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at buterruiz@gmail.com. In that case, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

14-day withdrawal period (European Union) Under EU regulations, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. However, please note that products made to custom specifications may be exempt from this right under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. For any questions, contact us at buterruiz@gmail.com.

Refunds Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at buterruiz@gmail.com.
